As the darkness descends

the moon brings a chill down my tender spine

my daddy left the room

and now i can hear voices outside

If i shiver i might be dead

for he would find me under my bed
so i stay and try not to shout

even after hearing my mother scream

i close my eyes and open again

wishing this were but a dream!!!

as the silence comes closer

i can hear the dragging of his feet

moments go by

and my tears blind my sight

and then out of nowhere

my door is smashed by sheer might!!!

i can see his bloody feet on th floor

i try not to breath for he might hear me

i can see his hand...with my mother's head...

and then...darkness descends...

u can laugh at my innocence
or mock my profanity
u can cry those tears with me
or let them be lost in empitness
u can live a life of strength
or let go and push the knife deeper
u can swallow the pain and the gift of death
or let it give you life
u can etch these words and run them deep
or let them go and drive away your insanity
u can let me go deeper into the dark
or bear my burden until the last
u can kill me here and win this war
or lose the battle to a battered soul
My death is but the begining of the endless fate
But yours is non significant
for you were always just a bait!!!

the trees remember
the blood washed away though
but the still waters reminisce

You've been here before
where the nights howled
the day lights whispered
and the dawns were scared

You've been here before
the child remembers
your best friend, comrade
whom you left to die

You've been here before
the woods revenge the innocent
and the air breathes stale
the nights tell a tale

You've been here before
as your own morbid self
as the child who killed his best friend
as the son who hid behind the shelves

You've been here before
I remember, I was 10, you 15
We walked the woods on bare feet
and you left me there beaten,bruised

You've been here before
are you able to breath in spite of the fear?
you shouldn't worry for I'm here
and you won't go anywhere...ever again.

If i walk through corpses
and smile would i be mean?
If i pave my way through broken bones
without a single tear in my eye would i be cold and heartless?

You may shun me for laughing aloud
at thousand inhuminations
You may gag me to shut out
the truth's various manifestations

My hands will bleed with every word
but i'll keep writing
Because I pass on my soul
with each living locution

For i write my own truth
Veracity as i see it
And it may seem like i'm wrong
like it's not untrue that i'm a misfit

But i laugh at them-the cynics who call me cynics
as they know not the hapiness
of the departing soul
They know not of their freedom from pain

They cry at the celebrations of death
and make it a funny fad of sorrow
but they don't realise the soul is free
and will see a brighter tommorrow

Silence creeps in
And there is no sound
A soul lies there
With a spirit deathward bound

All his life he was there
No words forming in his mouth
His kith and kin never heard him speak
What his heart did want to scream

He bent before everyone
Was merely a timid mouse
All his life he was but a shy liar
People never came to help his cause

He was “the meek one”
The one who worked day and night
Till his hands did rot
And his face gave himself a fright

A night did come
When the soul did venture around
He took his life and dreamt death
Even death was silent with no sound

Searching for a place to die

In my nine lives as a cat

I searched for a place

Where no sleeping dogs lie

I searched for a place so I could die

In my sorrow as a dog

(For I always feared a dog's death)

I searched heaven and earth for mercy

And got none instead

When I was that beautiful leaf

My beauty lasted but for a day

For then I wilted and died

And the breeze blew me away

As a man in places so far and away

I went to the northern skies

And countries that have no dawning day

I went to mountains high and mighty

And to rivers and oceans deep

Just to find some place

Where I could find that eternal sleep

Death never came

Stubborn as she is

She remained unseen

And immensely missed

I came back home

And then she came

Perched on a stone

He picked it up and let it fly

He was my own son

I laughed with a sardonic smile

As to why when I couldn't die

Where men can't live

Why such a sad death given was I?
